Algrano operates a digital Marketplace that directly connects independent coffee producers and roasters. The organisation combines product development, customer-facing support and producer engagement to improve transparency and commercial outcomes for both producers and roasters.
The team is distributed globally with Algrano HQ in Zurich and staff across the USA, Africa, Latin America and Europe. Roles sit in Product, Sales, Sourcing, Lab and Customer Support and work across functions to deliver a better online experience.
Day-to-day work described in the company’s role listings includes answering platform queries from roasters and producers, helping producers manage inventory, planning shipments and logistics, contributing to product improvements, and representing Algrano at coffee events and cuppings.
