Dub is a fully remote, small global team that emphasizes ownership, speed, and fast iteration. Team members are empowered to own projects without the need for redundant meetings or standups.
Day-to-day engineering work includes designing APIs, database schemas, cron jobs, and queues; improving infrastructure for high-volume analytics ingestion, storage, and materialization; and taking projects from conception all the way to shipping. Engineers are expected to leverage customer feedback, contribute to technical documentation, and assist with technical support when needed.
